Giant connectivity question

Since the wait for my Scott Strike is getting longer and longer, asking around i was offered to reserve (for end of year delivery) a Trance 2 at a local Giant distributor; 2022 model, to be introduced the 15th, next week.
It would be more expensive but a better ebike, so in case the Scott ends up MIA i'll have a nice alternative lined up. I actually think the Trance with the new yamaha motor is amonge the better ebikes out there for my use.
My question is: i will use the ebike, whicever i end up with, also for training sessions; especially longer recovery rides, sweet spot work or threshold. For this and in order to upload them correctly to the trining platform, i need to record power data; in the Bosch system i'd do that with the Kiox and Bosch app (not ideal but seems to work well enough). If i understand correctly, the Giant shoud be able to broadcast via BT (or even Ant+?). That would actually be a better solution for me, being able to directly use a Garmin head with the workouts on it. The LBS though was not able to confirm i'd get power data (my power, that is) through the connection and to the Garmin.
Does anyone know if it works this way?
Also it would be great to know if any of the two systems is more accurate in power reading!

Yes - ANT+ will bring the data mentioned here to your Garmin device.
Trance E+ 1 (2020) >>> ANT+ >>> Garmin 830

If anybody plans to use an Edge >>> Install the E-Bike Edge Multifield from the Connect IQ Store

Works well for me!

Garmin units work great. I do hope that Giant adds other fields to their ANT+ ones, including the second battery percentage level. Like most other ebikes, don't count on the remaining range value to be of any use, whatsoever.
