Bought giant pro trance 2 ebike £4k
From Rutland in feb 2020 had water probs with getting to battery and cutting out , I know it is a battery prob as swapped battery with friend on same bike and fault swapped bikes. Bike has been twice to Notts specialised store and now has been with them for 3MONTHS . Giant will not accept it is the battery and I have been waiting without any contact proactively from them November . Can anyone help me ? Who do I contact / complain to ? Anyone else with same problem , store manager tells me he has had several giant trance ebikes with same prob , thanks Col at wolves
