Gen 3 battery booster but missing battery

Just recieved my levo gen 3 boost battery package and lo and behold there was Zero battery inside Only the assessory pieces. Bottle cage, harness straps, and covers oh and a business card with the TW logo.
I live in the US (San Diego, Cal ) and I know this parcel ships from the UK.
Does the battery itself ship separately from the box that I recieved?
The package was clearly marked “FRAGILE” on the outside but no marking for Lithium contents.
Anybody else recieve their shipment in the manner that I have described.
Sent an E-mail to TW and we’ll see what they have to say.
The UPS notification e Mail that I had for tracking the shipment says DELIVERED and no other packages pending.

If the battery does ship separately a heads up from the company would of been nice.
I will post up again when this gets sorted.

Allready recieved a response from the company and the battery and charger is shipping seperatly which I kinda guessed.
Never recieved any notification on the dual shipments in any e-Mail notification but hey stuff happens and I know now.
Just waiting on tracking info and I will post up a pic after receiving items and installing on my bike.
