Frog 62

I’ve bought my son a frog 62 for his seventh birthday at the end of April. Seems like a great bike but not sure how it will feel for him as the bars are 100 mm (they look weird)!! narrower than his current bike. Any thoughts on wider bars for this bike?

How wide do you need, I have a virtually new FSA Afterburner taken from my grandson's bike. As you can see it is 680 wide, 31.8mm dia and with a 15mm rise.

The Afterburner is FSA's flagship alloy bar. This is an expensive bar, but you can have it for £20 +postage.

Hi Steve, sounds good. I’ll check out the measurements tomorrow while he’s at school (?) the bike is hiding in the attic atm.

@Mini si Send me a PM when you have made a decision, I'll hold off selling the bar on eBay.

Edit: I have just checked two different websites for the Frog62 and they both say the bar is a 500mm wide flat. So the Afterburner would give you plenty of scope for tuning.
