Actually no free money, unless someones offering it to me, but got ya looking

Yet another new member and from Bonnie Scotland, home of the midge.

About me - Im a furniture maker, and I've still got all my fingers. New to emtb's - A Scott Genius 920 2021, but not new to cycling. think this is either my 19th or 20th bike. I build my own and do the servicing for 90%.

Riding bikes is my primary form of transport, ive no vehicle license so this is how I get about. Age and health dictates these days I need a little power to help me along ,and since buying the Scott a couple of months ago I've been loving it.
In fact I'm surprised I didnt do this sooner its that much fun.

So hullo to you all.

Adds - Whomever you love, whoever you worship and whomever you support has got nowt to do with me.

Placign this here as the last forum i hosted it on removed it and quite frankly im n

"Nowt" = "Nothing" shortened northern version of the word...
Wot 'e said.

Welcome, @2WheelsNot4 but I have to pick you up on some of your introductory statements!

Home of the midge? Liar! Its home to billions of the feckers!

Furniture maker and only having a bike for transport...

I want to see you delivering some wardrobes on a bike! :)
I used to work for a firm, so never got lumbered(pun) with driving the van/making deliveries/picking up timber ;) Now in a semi retirement I work from home(very kitted out workshop) and just make stuff for myself, family or people i like and think would appreciate something* handmade.

* Pic in my avatar is one example. Chap on another bike forum sent me a new Hope bulb rear hub 6 bolt rotor model in exchange for a Hope Ti-Glide freehub, and I felt the deal was too much his end so made him a Japanese style toolbox in Maple and Bubinga as a thank you.

What type of scott do you own ? Got a photo. Cheers bro .
No photos as yet, and now winter is here maybe not till next year. Scott is the genius 920.
Even though I use it to fart about on urban wise and shopping duties to get about, I picked it over the Scott axis pro due to the 920 having a considerably better fork and shock. Axis is suntour and the last quality suntour stuff was XC pro or Superb from the 1980's. So I've always been a bit put off when i see suntour specced to a £5K AM. I felt the 920 was the better deal.
