Fox34 performance rebound setting help

Hi,

Quick setting required for rebound please, I have set up sag around 23mm
And I weigh 105kg, riding fairly rough tracks today, first time with these new forks so need a rough starting area, fox guide is clear as mud

here you go - from the fox 34 manual , just work out how much air you've put in, and then set the rebound to the number of clicks from closed indicated in the 3rd column.
