Hi all.

First ride on my new expert levo yesterday and it was absolutely amazing.

Still need to tweak a few things, the main one being the rear x2 shock.

I set my sag and left the rebound and compression dials as they were from the shop and to be honest the back end felt a bit wooden and not as plush as my last bike which was an Orbea wild FS.

I never got full travel even with the sag set so I definitely need to do some tinkering.

Has anyone got a good base setting for the shock that I can work from.

Cheers.

I'm still tinkering with my X2 after weeks n weeks.

what weight are you? And what Terrain do you ride?

you may need to remove one or two plastic clips from inside the air chamber

Tryopening up HSC to fully open - anticlockwise, do the same with LSC but then dial this back in about 5 clicks.

Thanks for the replies.

I'm 109kgs and running about 270psi.

The float performance that comes on the expert only has lsr and lsc for some reason.

Any ideas how many volume spacers come fitted as standard?

Hi there,

From stock my X2 had no volume spacers. I added 1.

What is your sag % ?
You should reset rebound and compression because the factory presetting can be everything.

Best regards,

Chris

lsc - 5-7 clicks from fully open.(anti-clockwise)
Lsr - 6-8 clicks from fully closed (fully clockwise)
