Levo Gen 3 Fox 38 Grip 2 parts

Just serviced my Fox 38 forks, just a simple lower leg oil change

There is 2 nuts, 10mm and 15mm. The 15mm didn't come off that cleanly and I need to replace it, the lip for the socket is marked.

Has anyone got a part number of link please ? Its the one which has the rebound adjustment and the cap screws onto it
