Hi guys,
2017 bike, on the 2nd motor (+ one used item)
Internal Battery was down to about 7km range (tuned bike) so I was using the External battery for longer trips.
Now the bike will not turn on, and I can see the solid red light on the charger after 20 sec so I am guessing that the internal battery has bitten the bullet. Sounds about right as I have probably 200 charging cycles pr. year for almost 7 year. Limited to 1100 from manufacturer.
So the big question is,, can this battery be replaced and where to buy it? I am in Luxembourg Europe.
I do all the work on my bike myself, including changing the motors, so I am not scared of the work involved, if only I could find one.
EDIT: Long story short, went to the place where I bought the bike in 2017, Andy Schleck Cycles in Luxembourg, Spoke to Andy today and two hours later he confirmed that a battery can indeed be ordered. Order placed and the bike lives to fight another day, super happy. Battery will however take at least a month to get here.
