Well I have to say that I'm very impressed with this bike and the way it rides. I still have the tubes in and the suspension isnt really dialed in either yet.
The fox suspension is superb. It blasted though the braking bumps without issue and is super plush on the jumps and drops. I wouldn't need to upgrade and I dont see why you need a coil either unless you really want one.
With the exception of a few pedal strikes I really like the geo and 160mm travel. It's got a nice enduro feel to the bike and the mullet set up keeps it nice and agile even with the 29er up front. Working on the settings should make this even better and I'm glad I got the dpx2 as the trail switch is handy for when blasting through the woodland.
The motor and battery combo works well. I'm not sure I'd need more power and the 540wh gives plenty of range. I blasted everywhere in trail and boost and still have 3 bars left. I'm amazed at the grip and torque which results in the ability to push through any surface and up just about any hill no matter how steep. Truly addictive to blast up any dirt track you find. I certainly want the 20mph limit though as i can hit 15.6 too often.
The only issue in have is with the gears which I just cannot seem to get set up right as they were not installed correctly from factory. I'm not much of a bike mechanic so I'll take that to the local shop to resolve when i go tubeless.
Overall I'm glad I got the CF Pro. It's got the right suspension with everything you would need and want and the 2019 price is hard to beat. At the moment I'm not sure what I'd need to improve on this bike and I certainly wouldn't pay more money as I just don't see any bikes out there that can do more than this can or any better.
