I brought my Levo to Japan. I got a new firmware update notice on Mission Control. I went to the Specialized dealer in my city and asked the owner if he could update my firmware. He told me "No" because the bike was not bought in Japan. He is a licensed Specialized dealer, so I asked him if he could access the firmware from Specialized, and he said "No." This is difficult for me to believe. Does anyone have any comments on this? I visited the Specialized store in Shinjuku, but they were closed. I wanted to ask them and see what they said. But if anyone here can give me more information on this, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
