I just wanted to share my experience with this new firmware. I have the 2023 H10, Rise and took it into my LBS for the new firmware. At the same time I was trying to have them set the motor to 85NM, but wasn’t successful. Now I’m glad I didn’t get the 85NM!
With the new firmware, I set my bike up with this assist profile. I basically set everything to max, except “Trail” which I put at 51NM. I set the new, Assist carry over to LONG and Cutoff to AGGRESSIVE on everything, (Eco, Trail and Boost). Man, my bike came alive! No need for 85NM in my opinion.
Anyway, if you’re on the fence about this update, don’t be. It’s awesome!

Hi there,

I did the same some days ago and is very happy.
But I used the medium carry over and natural cut-off (opposite of your setting).

I have full 85Nm at my disposal, but I set it at my usual settings:
Speed: 32kmh (max is 50kmh)
Wheel size: 2150 (to get the most accurate speed in the display/garmin)
Assist carry over: Middle (new in 4.3.0 - finally)
Assist cutoff: Natural
Assist start: Lv4
Max torque: 70/56/49
Assist character: 10/8/6
Profile 1/2= equal.
Simple mode.

eMax helped me with the settings - very easy.
