EP8 issue in Eco and Trail

Hi all

Was out this morning and my ride felt really hard, I normally ride in Eco as much as possible to extend the battery life for my ride, but I found that in both Eco and Trail mode I had no torque at all, the assistance would kick in then feel like it was cutting out?

In Boost it worked perfectly.

I've contacted the shop and booked it in to be looked at (it's under warranty) but wondered if anyone else has experienced the same?

There were no errors on the display either.

Friend of mine is having similar issues.
Do you have anything to report about yours?

I took mine back to the shop who tested the bike. They told me the motor was toast and contacted Shimano for a new one, as it was in warranty

Ugh.
I'll let him know that he should consider that option this winter.
