Had a problem today, heard what I thought was a pedal creaking.....but turned out the drive side crank arm had come loose and on a closer look spat out the central fixing bolt / cap and the crank arm was loose. My crank arms are FSA CK 752's and the plastic bolt (as on the non drive side) is FSA ML690. The problem is I've searched this part number and nothing comes up, except for a place in Portugal (and they're out of stock) ....so does anyone have an alternative Shimano part number or can I use one of those alu replacements bolt/preload caps...and secondly how on earth do you torque this bolt/cap up to 0.7-1.5 nm?
