Hi, I am a male EMTB biker, 50+ years old, from Norway. Like many others, I took up E-biking during the pandemic. Demand was high, and I wanted a versatile bike. Long story short, I got a Cannondale Tesoro Neo X 2. This has the most powerful Bosch engine available at the time (I am a big man, so I decided a powerful motor was important).
So, my first year with the bike taught me a lot, and since I love natural trails, changes had to be made. Bigger tires with more grip. The kickstand had to go (yes, it had one). And most important, I had to get a dropper post. Later, I have also upgraded the brakes from a 160mm to a 180mm disc for more power, and changed the pedals from plastic to aluminium.
So yes, I do trail biking with it.
