Enquired about ebike delivery. Tredz use DHL they told me , Specialized Concept Stores use APC they told me. Phoned both companies no we don't deliver Ebikes. So all these bikes in shops must get hand carried to all the shops that sell them .

Left hand doesn't know what the right is doing.
I think that's an age thing, but I'm sure you can use it to your advantage if the mrs isn't around.

Back to the bike transport, are you buying a new bike ??

If you're just selling yours and want transport maybe start a new thread with a different title or rename this one to UK Ebike transporters - something ... I thought you found some in the past when you had another thread ??

Selling mine hopefully, someone coming to look this week and another I need to contact if other lad doesn't buy it both localish. Probably take one look and run it's well used. Got offered a good deal on Levo comp from you know who but only one I see will move it is folk that deliver motor cycles same folk i used before, i think i paid 175 last time.. Looking at £250 . May try my local removal firms. Read somewhere yesterday London transport banning all ebikes on tubes and overland in that area.

Arow xl won't take jobs off the public. Aggregators like Shiply will quote but you don't know who will actually collect until they turn up or better idea - if you're friendly with your local bike shop, ask if you can piggyback their courier for a few quid. I wouldn't waste my time phoning round big name couriers, they won't be intersted in in walk up punters with one off jobs.

I had a bike delivered back in the day thrown on top of commercial fishing nets etc. It was probably safer then nowadays t was ok I wouldn't trust a lot of folk. Either don't care less or bone idle. Remember seeing someone kicking luggage off a rack at Heathrow always stuck with me that one.
