Looking on the Merida website, noticed a new model e160-775 with a 745KW Simplo battery and charger. Should give a fair bit more range to those that are interested.

Yeah I saw one on a retailers website and thought it was just a mixup. Looks good, but I can’t find the weight. Must be quite heavy?

The Shimano BT-E8036 630wh battery is specified as weighing 3.7kg. I cannot see a 745wh battery on the simplo website, but they do list a 720wh and 750wh battery pack weighing in at 4.2kg & 4.3kg respectively, i would assume then an increase of 0.5-0.6kg on this model.
