Long storey, but I have to take apart my E10 frame to repaint it and replace all the bearings. One of the chain stay pivot bolts will not undo. The ’nut’ which is only 6mm thick and has a bevelled top, only has two flats opposite each other and is partially encapsulated in the chain stay but it no longer holds in place and spins when I turn the bolt. I have tried various methods of trying to stop it spinning but nothing seems to work, so I may have to cut or drill off the ‘nut’ if I do so, I will have to source replacements. Does anyone know where I can get replacements bolts ant ‘nut’ from? Thanks.

I think at this point it's worth reaching out to Dengfu and asking them about. Also the nut you are referring to is normally glued into the frame and is a part of it. So the question is why did the nut start spinning in the first place? Is the cavity it seats in still intact? Normally such inserts are glued into the frame with some special epoxy glue. Have you tried that already?

Yes, I am considered contacting Dengfu, the nut is not glued in, attached is a photo of the one removed from the other side. I have now glued in the one that spins, hopefully that will stop spinning when I try to remove the bolt 🤞
