E bike with budget

Looking for a E bike for the wife, only have a £2500 or there abouts budget, any suggestions?

something like the Cube Reaction/Cube Access. Hardtail and usually a short travel fork on those class of bikes but fine for gravel tracks and relatively smooth singletrack. I bought my wife the Cube Access. Everything except the fork is absolutely fine for the type of riding she does. The fork is a 120mm spring fork which works but not as adjustable or plush as an air fork. The only thing I have modified on the bike is replacing the seat post with a dropper post ( externally routed so easy to do).
