E-bike frame sets, are there any?

Are there any e-bike frame sets available for purchase, or are complete bikes still the only way?

Yeah, in the States they are available. They are quite expensive.

You can buy the Nicolai EBOXX frameset. You have to send them a picture of the bike built-up though. Not sure why. I suspect there's some law / regulation at play...
