Personally, I don't use Cush core for local trails. (but we have hardly any rocks)
Good wheels, pain to change the bearings. (until you know how anyway)
Have CushCore inserts, I hope will give some extra protection to rimsMate has them, they've really perfect up until he cased a big step up with a log edge, got unlucky as hit right on the join and wrote the rim off. He'd still recommend them though
