Does the Levo Turbo Comp have a chain tool in the headset?

As above, really. Finally managed to get the multitool out from under the bottle cage, but some people report having a chain tool in the headset.....

If you mean how do you remove the tool from the holder? There's a snap shut flap door that curls under the bottom that snaps open. When new, it's pretty snug.
I have long since removed mine when I installed my DPX2 so I don't remember what side of the bike the flap is.
