DMR Deathgrips

Looking to buy a set of these grips from Wiggle, but I'm confused over the sizes. I want flangeless/thick but Wiggle lists these sizes. Anyone know what this refers to?

Christ, I'm an idiot. Ignore this post, or simply laugh at me. I mistakenly read that as Thick Option 3 and Thick Option 4.
