DIY mudguard for Levo Comp

After first wet ride decided to give a first try to polypropylene sheets I had at home.
Spent 2 hours but process and result is quite satisfying..

Looks great. Do you have a source for the sheets..? Would you also be able to post a image of the template you used to cut the sheet...?

It is 1 mm sheet PP black mate from Slovenian company www.multivario.si.
Attached images showing Front mudguard with some measures and rear one, where I made template using front mudguard by making its front/short side 30mm longer and its rear side 15mm shorter.
Holes for zip ties I drilled after I tried it on bike and marked with marker.

It fits nicely..
