I’m very early on the journey to building an E10/ Bafang (likely M560 500w) and am looking at display options. Interested in the pros and cons of the compact bafang displays like the DPC 245 vs the larger displays, particularly the DPC 181 with keycard. Ideally I would preferred something detachable so it is not prone to damage or theft (of the display and to reduce the chance of bike theft) but I haven’t seen any bafang options. I was also curious if the keycard option on the 181 or Bluetooth connection on 245 (or via bafang IOT) would allow separate profiles to be created with different engine parameters e.g. a road profile (always defaults back to this mode) and a separate off-road profile that can only be activated by a keycard or Bluetooth connection. Any advice is appreciated.
