Are there any MFG's that provide access to the same diagnostics software that dealers and bike shops use to troubleshoot and repair issues? Or, are there any after market diagnostic tools available?
I want access to the tools necessary to diagnose and repair problems. I am not interested in hacking or de-restricting my motor. Batteries fail, wires fray and motors break. Access to tools will be a deciding factor in my next E-MTB purchase.
