Derestrict 2019 Giant fathom e+3 Yamaha Syncdrive Pro

Hi all, hope you are well.

What would you reccomend buying to tune/derestrict my bike and is there somebody around the Northwest UK that could do it ? I have already changed it to the USA speed restriction.
I also need my gears looking at, as they're slipping intermittently.

Might be an idea to fix the drivetrain before trying to put more power through it.

I thought, if I could find someone who does the upgrade, then I could get the drivetrain done by the same person hopefully
