Been trying to figure out a battery build for the E10 and looked around the forums/search engines for pictures of the original internals as reference and for ideas but pretty much found nothing that shows enough

I test fit some older cells to see what kind of space I'm working with but there doesn't seem to be much left for a BMS, Where the connectors get soldered are also very close to the rest of the battery.

Has anyone build one of these before or opened up a original one and took pictures? would you mind sharing these.

I'm assuming the button goes onto a BMS that supports it in the original

don't forget to perform holes on the support to evacuate moisturized
I'm not really sure what you mean:(

I did see theres a gap near the connectors that needs to be closed inside the pack, Also the seals on the ends have gaps on the corners.

postion the lower battery holder and imagine where the moisture will be going. that will indicate where you need to perform holes to evacuate (i think i have post pics, but i didn(t remember where

Haven't made much progress in figuring out the battery configuration however emtbwip sent me a message with some pictures that seemed to come from here -> Dengfu E22 Frame Thread

It's a bit hard to read but the BMS could possibly be a version of this bms -> BWPB-509s,Battery pack protection plate

The size listed is 65*44*12MM.

I'm tempted to order this one and see if it fits, It's slightly bigger (63*52*12mm)

Aside from the BMS it's quite hard to figure out how the pack is put together from these pictures, May spend some time puzzling in the future if no other info has been found since then:)

Thank you, I'm guessing you fold them and bend the nickel strips? I was hesitant about doing that because i don't think a single strip is rated high enough for the amps.

I used 12ga wires to connect the groups together. Not sure what is in the original battery tho.
Might still have some of that laying around, I'll see if theres time in the weekend to start drawing out some stuff and look for parts, Still got plenty of time before the motor arrives i think so not really in a rush.

I may see if that facebook groupo has some info too:)
