Decoy Assembly Date

So I finally got my Decoy Pro Race after placing my order in April and saw that the "YT QA Inspection Card" has an assembly date of "2019 07 02" written on it. Is the build date 2019 7th of February or 2019 July 2nd?

It's probably a German date, so most likely 2019 July 2nd.
