I currently have Cube Stereo hybrid 140 HPC Pro 750 with following parts:

Front: RockShox Recon Silver RL Air, Tapered, 15x110 mm, eMTB Approved, 150 mm
Rear: RockShox Deluxe Select, 205x60 mm, Rebound Adjust, Trunnion Mount

However those shocks isn't that good. Feels like they are not there yet what I want after trying to tune them properly.

For front I was thinking following:
RockShox Lyrik Ultimate Charger 3.1

But for rear shock I dont have any clue. So many choices from Rockshock selection. Budget is 400€ and I'm 87 kg/191 lbs. Any recommendations?

I should have bought bike with better parts but at that time I didn't had the money.

EDIT:
this might be:
RockShox Super Deluxe Ultimate RC2T

At least it fits for the budget and the reviews seem good.

You can get the super deluxe ultimate for it,it will be much better, sadly you cannot put a coil shock on it as the gap between the shock and seat stay is too small and the spring may rub,i was told this buy TF tuned, the ultimate is the best shock for the bike
