Cube stereo hybrid 140 2019 - dropper

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to figure out if I can have my sticky dropper serviced but I need to know the model. None of my searches have come up work anything more than a 'cube dropper'. Does anyone know?

If you have either the Race 500 or the SL 500 the post is Cubes own dropper post, which could very well be a generic post similar to the Brand X posts.
These generally have a replaceable sealed cartridge
