How important really in your experience?
Can it be compensated with stem, bars, etc?
Currently have a medium and looking to upgrade but supply being as it is, large is the only size currently available. I'm 168 which is top of the small range, low end of medium and large starts at 173.
Cheers

There's always room to move the saddle back etc but you don't really want to affect the steering too much by putting a long stem on it to compensate. I always thought Cube were on the large size? I'm 6ft (183cm) and have ordered a large so I've got my fingers crossed it's the right size for me.

I have a medium hybrid 160 and find Cube rides small compared to other emtbs I've ridden. The shorter chain stay is great, I actually like the 27.5 and how nimble it rides. I'm 173 and think I could still ride a large. 168 sounds like you may be pushing it though, depends on your riding style. What's you're reach and inseam? That matters more than height.

Yeah, short legs and long body as well so perhaps wait for a medium. Maybe even a small as long as I can get 29 wheels....cheers

You dont give model details but cube generally appear to have tall seattubes which would limit saddle drop if sizing up.

Very important point. For this reason, better not to size up. The 125 drop is just enough for me on the medium, I drop it to the maximum and when fully extended, it's just enough height with slightly bent knees. I have a 79.5 cm inseam.
