Cube battery upgrade

Hi I own a Cube Reaction Pro 400, can i put a 625 battery in by moving the lock up to the 625 slot or do i need to buy a new battery holder?
Any help / suggestions appreciated

I have read you can for some bikes but you will need to check the internet I understand there is some adjustments you can make in downtube.
