So, Since I've had my ebike, I've had issues with the shifters slipping around the handlebar and the clamp on the shifter won't go any tighter. I have removed it from the bars and discovered on refitting, it clamps fine on the end of the bar where there isn't a channel in the bar for the cable but once it's placed in the correct position, the clamp bends into the gap preventing the shifter from gripping. I have resorted to jamming a thin piece of rubber in the clamp but this is really fiddly, not a great solution and shouldn't be needed on such high-end products!
