Hi all, I read a post on here a while back with someones cube stereo 140 I think it was . That there crank arm hit the rear chain stay , at the time of reading I went and measured mine and bith sides where different measurements from the chain stays , I’m glad I had crank boots on as mine just started to clip the rubber chain protector today , so I haven’t marked the paint work like the other guy did on here , in the 295 miles I’ve done I really can’t remember having any serious pedal strikes so obviously the e thirteen crank is stretching under load , has any one else experienced this , l would love to know , looks like another call to the dealer as it’s a new 2021 model at stereo 160 , btw I’m not a heavy rider I’m 6ft 1 and 11.5 stones .

Few slight relief , having spoken to my dealer today , the e thirteen cranks have been an issue and they are changing the cranks to cube ones which sounds like are solving my problem and also they seem to be staying tight and don’t keep working lose , new cranks will be fitted Thursday ?
