I’ve ordered e*13
I just picked up the Hope 155 HCEB55PU and the 34t chainring, once I get them installed I'll let you know how they go.I think I'm going to fir shorter 155mm crank arms.
For those that have done this, what crank arms did you fit?
I can see Hope do some.......
You will just need a universal crank puller which is what I used for my wife's bike with her hope cranks. Hope that helpsI'm looking to change my wife's crank arms to 155mm, does anyone know what tools I need to do this?.
Champian, thanks! You will just need a universal crank puller which is what I used for my wife's bike with her hope cranks. Hope that helps
No, crank arm length shouldn't matter to the engine/display afaikI got the E*13 160mm cranks. A lot less pedal strikes. Do shorter cranks need to be configured in the app for the bike?
I think the Miranda website tells you how to measure to ensure the q factor of their crank provides enough clearance for your chainstays. What QF do I need to look at for my MY22 rail? Miranda seem to be one of the only places that have 155mm Bosch Gen 4 cranks in stock.
Miranda do a lot of cranks. did you mean q:16 as I've found these online MIRANDA Delta Double Diamond cranks.I’ve used Miranda 150 and 160 both with qf16. 150 was to short. Very hard to have your feet that close at 50/50. Really like the 160 qf-16. Wife likes the E-13 160 it’s narrow compared to Miranda
5dev are the cool cranks. Not sure they fit your bike tho but they fit a couple of ebike motors
Thanks, have you got a link to the FSA cranks?I got the FSA 155mm cranks. 10MM shorter and 5mm closer to the stays (on each side!). I've noticed a big drop in the number of pedal strikes. I takes a ride or two to get used to them, but I don't even notice it now. I think I change gears more than when I had the 165's on but that seems to be the only negative. FSA's are dirt cheap too, so it's worth giving them a try.
