not sure how this happened as i always use 5nm torque, take it this would not be covered under warranty and what size are they, says 38.6 on it or are they 34.9 as on seat tube

bit of research and its 38.6 tube , only seem to make 38.5 take it that will fit

I don't see why it wouldn't it be covered, if bike still in warranty. My 2020 Levo collar says max 6.2 Nm, the 2019 user manual says 5.1Nm so I reckon you are spot on. Manual gives diameter as 38.6 with part no S184700004. I'm assuming it's a Levo.

Mine cracked too. LBS gave me another off a Stumpjumper.

spec makes a good bike but some of the components are really bad. The dropper on my bike was unusable as it was sticky, the clamp also stripped out fairly quickly. I replaced with a kcnc sc 11 39mm with an oversized thrubolt so no chance of deforming

it does seem rather thin , bike shop making me jump through a variety of hoops for a £10 part so i ordered a hope one.
