New from Scotland, sadly real MTB is well behind me, but our new Focus Aventuras have given us a new lease of life, just completed a 230 mile and 13,000 ft tour of Scottish highlands and already planning our next Trip! Picture shows Ben Nevis at halfway point, with fully ladened bikes, including extended battery fitted ?.

Great ride! We were in Scotland last week, at Fort Augustus, and l saw a few ebikes on tour.
Mine was well used while we were there, every ride involved about 2,000 feet of climbing including some pretty remote paths.

It sure is great riding there, wouldn’t be surprised if we didn’t cross paths, since we did the trip last week as well. The climb out of Fort Augustus sure was tough even with eBike! The old legs aren’t what they used to be ?.

You mean the old Road going up towards Foyers? Yes that's a beast. l did it a couple of times, but used the path rather than the road as l was only doing a circuit back to Fort Augustus.
