I want to connect a different phone to my Nyon display via Bluetooth but no matter what I do it won’t appear in the app during the pairing phase. I have removed the Nyon from the app on my old phone, removed the connection on the Nyon itself and also removed the connection from the Bluetooth settings on the phone. I have signed out of the app on the old phone and signed in on the new one. When I go to add the Nyon (put the Nyon in pairing mode etc and follow the steps to connect new device) it just sits there searching for it. I have even factory reset the Nyon but it still won’t connect to the new phone. It will however reconnect to the old phone without issue. It also appears in the app on the new phone even after it has been deleted but obviously won’t connect as the Bluetooth won’t pair. The Bluetooth on the new phone works fine for all other Bluetooth connections - car, headphones etc so it can’t be the phone that’s at fault.
Any ideas anyone???
