High there in Emtb world,
Please give recommendations for my Code R calliper piston lubrication. The pistons don’t fully retract after a couple of rides and rubs on the disc.....very irritating ?.
Cheers in-anticipation.

Push the pistons out as far as you can without popping them out of the caliper, clean with ipa, then wipe a bit of brake fluid round the piston to lubricate, then push the piston in and out a few time, should do the trick.

A lazy piston exercising block from the likes of R3pro can make this an easier job

The calliper alignment thingy arrived from R3pro today and was a doddle to use. Knowing the calliper is perfectly inline with the rotor when you come to fitting the pads and balancing the two sides of pistons for equal pad contact was straight forward.
Just waiting for the piston thingy to turn up now......well pleased, sound recommendation ?
