Coast To Coast Route For Garmin....

Can anyone point me towards a Coast To Coast off-road route for a Garmin?
In the book I’ve got it’s called the Wheelrights route.

I’d like to follow the route The Bike Pilot and his mates did a couple of years ago. In the description for his YouTube videos it mentions the routes being on Strava. Apparently I have to sign up and pay £47 (I think it was) to download the route, but I don’t really want anything to do with Strava if I can help it!

Can anyone help please?
