Co2 Cartridge holder under the bottle holder on a Decoy ? .

Has anyone tried mounting a Co2 cartridge holder under the water bottle holder , so running a Co2 cart holder and water bottle cage .

Thats a tight fit .
Is the bottle cage strong enough to tape a Co2 cartridge to it ?
I bought all the Granite stash tools tire bacon etc and will be running DH casing tires and inserts, so for short rides 1hr or so I dont think Ill worry about a tube or Enduro strap . Im looking for a space for the a large Co2 cartridge on the bike .
