I see that there is an old thread about this.
I came across this link to a European network of e-bike charging stations.
Nothing in mainland Spain yet - and Britain appears to be short of stations too.

I thought that it maybe a good idea if some rural pubs/cafes
advertised themselves as being E bike friendly. I.E let you charge your battery. They could get a logo or something and make a network of such establishments. All they would need is a multi socket !!

Charging a quid per top up, whilst you spend other amounts on food/drinks, seems a no brainer to me..
