Can't find a thread if it's already been done, but do any uk trail centres provide e-bike recharging facilities? Particularly interested in any that can be used without having to remove the battery.
Glentress and bike park Wales are two that I have used. But those were for removable bosch batteries. Sorry I replied before fully reading the question.
Bike Park Wales have facilities for Shimano too. £5, but I am fairly sure you need to remove the battery. You don't need to bring your charger, they have a whole wall of them.
Would like a 2kw portable powerpack/battery for this for 2 charges on my 700w battery whilst away. They are so expensive though.
Currently researching a diy system. Would love to hear what others have done.
When I did the top to bottom of Wales last year the guys on the carbon Orbea`s will the small battery's and extender packs were using a generator in the back up van to recharge. No idea how big the genny was but it did a good job of charging about 8 batteries in one go.
