Is there a way to set up the new Bosch CX motor so that you don't have to hold the Walk mode button for it to be activated?
I want to just push the button one time for it to start, then push it again to turn off.
They tried this on the Glasgow Underground, a 15 mile loop, once. The driver fell asleep and it took 3 hours for the battery to run down.
Maybe a reverse would be nice as well?
I thought it was a safety feature, like a dead-man's handle!
When you are using the Walk feature, you will most probably getting up a steep climb with dodgy footing and/or a loose trail surface. If you lose your footing, the last thing you want is the bike to be grinding away while you are tumbling back down the hill.
