Chainring turning when freewheeling?(Bosch gen 4)

Pedals also turn when wheeling the bike. Why is this?

Sounds like a problem I’ve just had. It was the freewheel hub on the wheel. Stripped the hub, cleaned and re-greased the ratchet and pawls with a light grease. Sorted...
