Chain stay protector

Anyone else’s rubber chain stay protector peeled off?
I’ve glued it back on with 2 pack gorilla glue but keeps peeling off again.

Looking for a long term fix, any ideas???? Or even suggestions for a really good glue?

yep, fixed with tie wrap.
