Centrelock to 6-bolt (Jam2)

So my rear wheel is toast and I'm planning on getting some Hunt emtb wheels. For those that changed over their stock wheels for something else. My question is how do I go about getting the sensor to fit going from the weird adapter that comes with the Jam2 to a 6 bolt hub? I may be mistaken but last time I looked I don't think it is a straight swap? Maybe I'm over thinking this and it's just rotor and adapter on to new hub?
