Need some help please.
I am 98kg (216lbs) ready to ride and I am confused with what spring I need to have ~30% sag.
Cascade suggested me to start with 675lbs, but isn't too much ?
Any suggestion here please ?

I'm 87kg and just installed the link with a Push 11/6 with a 600lb spring. It likes to eat sag!

I used to be 35 pounds heavier and with a Dhx2 625lb spring was about right.

Now with this link and my new shock the first 20mm of stroke feels to plush. If that makes and since. So smooth!

675 sounds about right. 700 might work too. You can run a higher rate spring with the Cascade link. I am a couple of kg less than you and run a 700 on an EXT Storia shock with a Cascade link and it’s epically good. I’m on 27% sag with that setup which suits me.

Why wouldn't you trust the recommendation of the company that makes the product? As you increase leverage ratio you need to run a stiffer spring. Presumably Cascade is making the recommendation based on the changes they have introduced.

I bought the Cascade Components link for a Stumpjumper Evo 19 (I am 98 kg as you) which has very similar operating values to the Levo, as far as I'm concerned it was a disappointment, both with the air shock and ESPECIALLY with the spring, the increase in progressivity is absolutely not enough
