Can’t connect SRAM Tyrewiz to app

Hi

Does anyone know how to connect sram tyrewiz valve sensor to the sram app

I have put the battery in and the tyrewiz is flashing red but in the sram app when searching for the tyrewiz it doesn’t find anything

is there a way of putting these in a pair mode ?Or am I doing something wrong
